Most of our products are dispatched electronically. Hardcopy orders, such as binders, newsletters, books, CD-ROMS may be dispatched by courier or mail. Hardcopy orders incur an additional $245 shipping charge. Re-issuance of the copy in case of losses or damages shall incur additional charges which have to be paid by the customer.
